At PepsiCo Canada, giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are. Across the country, our employees are rolling up their sleeves, lending their time, and sharing resources to make life a little brighter for those who need it most. Here are three powerful ways we’re creating impact together.

1. Fighting Hunger, One Meal at a Time
No one should have to wonder where their next meal will come from. That’s why our teams packed 23,230 lbs of food and contributed $10,000 USD to support families in Mississauga as part of our Holiday Hunger initiative. To support the efforts of our employees, PepsiCo Canada also donated products from our Quaker portfolio which will provide 24,036 meals to households that needed them most. Because when we come together, hunger doesn’t stand a chance.
2. Turning Volunteer Hours into Hope
PepsiCo teams are continually showing up for their communities across Canada resulting in more than 750 volunteer hours from Canadian employees. In Ontario, volunteers carefully sorted and packed boxes filled with essentials for families who needed them most. Out west in British Columbia, what started as a volunteer day turned into a powerful team-building experience as employees packed weekend food bags for youth facing food insecurity.
3. Backing Local Heroes with Grants
Through the PepsiCo Foundation Community Impact Awards, employees nominated organizations tackling food and safe water access, farming and workforce development. Each nonprofit received a $10,000 USD grant from the PepsiCo Foundation—fueling their mission to create lasting change. From New Brunswick’s Crossroads for Women to DANI Toronto, these local heroes are making communities stronger, and we’re proud to stand with them.
